After years of spending every summer preparing for the new sports season, I decided to experience the festival feeling for once. With my brother and some friends, a tent and a gas burner. Sunglasses and a cap. Strolling around, beer, discovering new music. I was immediately sold. In addition to the usual 3FM talents and filling program, we of course visited the names for which we traveled: Nothing But Thieves, Mumford & Sons, London Grammar, Editors, Cypress Hill, A Blaze of Feather, Billy Talent, Alt-J and First Aid Kit. After Lowlands I realized that I had to catch up. At all major festivals in the Netherlands and Europe.
